OLD BUSINESS
1. WAFB –draft deed is in hand-club’s attny to review purchase agreement-
2. 501C-on hold-DW
3. Zoning status-WAFB-meeting May 3rd 7pm no restrictions or additional requirements-two individuals unrelated to the club spoke in support-“neighbor” did not speak in opposition, but after the meeting made it clear he did not approve of the range development and intimated he would pursue his opposition.
5. Range Improvements -range rules signage, to be installed-Lynn P
6. Grants-NRA-mailed 4-25-05-awaiting response by July 1, 05-applied for nearly $10,000 for excavating, fencing, and signage
7. Rental house status-rent up to date
8. Monthly financial shoot report-tabled
9. Shopper ads-none currently running-to begin this month-Pillsbury
10. Raffle tickets with 05 dues-only a few have been returned
11. Fun shoot in July-in planning to coincide with Tawas historical celebration
12. Slate of officers for board seats-four incumbents will run again (McKinney, Frase, Pillsbury, and Caraffelly) Two additional candidates names, if individuals are willing, to be forwarded to Tina Caraffelly for publication in the June meeting announcement.

3. Rental house insurance-Motion to reduce the deductible to $500-Pillsbury/Marsh
4. Resignations-Accepted Michalski’s resignation effective 6-1-05-Dale Bertch appointed to fill the remainder of Michalski’s term if he is willing to accept. E McNeil has missed more than four consecutive meetings-Will contact Dan Welton and if willing he will fill the remainder of McNeil’s term. McNeil to be notified.
5. June Annual meeting. First Wed in June. Mexican night, $6 per person and dessert to pass.
