Tawas Police Authority.Looking for Kids 14-20 and volunteers to make program
prosper. Also looking for support and sponsor for a charter. Bring this up at
Dec 5th General membership meeting.

C. Still looking for snowblower for Tawas 7Hp For winter Trap
D. All Training is now done. When Range is being used it needs to be on website.
Also when the range is closed should be posted. Targets are done, yardage clear,
and property survey is done.
E. Backhoe Authorised $600.00 to pick it up. We can use it while it is here. We
break it we fix it.
F. Loader in Sand Lake that club currently owns is junk. Rifkin $135.00 / ton

A. Pop Machine Sold $75.00 Printer for Wurtsmith $138.00 with paper.
B. Ad in Shopper $280.00 Turned out really nice
C. Plastic Garage donated to Wurtsmith, IDPA will be looking much better. Needs
to be assembled
D. Gazebo move from Coast Guard Station to Wurtsmith
E. 300 Yard update. Wall plate and rafters, waiting on tin. Have more than
enough material for walkway and floor. Balance $800.00 Less Bernard bill
($600.00)
F. Benchrest school – Promotion of Shooting School Weekend-Step 1- Finish by May
10 & 11 2008. ($200.00 Ea) Club does national ads. Guns and supplies are on site
to be used by students.
G. Heating is broken at Wurtsmith. Air and heat pump can we use them?
H. Director Division of Responsibilities. Chair of Events. Special Projects.
Work Projects. And Facilaties.
I. Open discussion. Moir: Sub accounts set up $1200.00 set aside for future
repairs. Nothing special has to be done. Northland- Checking Building fund
Raffle to build new club house $7200.00. Rental house repairs $600.00. Club
house repairs. $600.00 Future donations for 4-H shooting sports should go into
sub account at club instead of 4-H. John: Club needs to be more supportive and
look for more youth. Active Military $100.00 Initiation fee should be waved. Can
also work off fee. Active military shoots at member price. Have new members on
website. Dan: Why do we have a founders club? Use more money from one fund to go
to another. Slats for fence 10’ $2047.00 12’ $2400.00 16’ $2800.00 Archery would
like an area for 3-D. Black powder shoot in Spring , Mike Smith.
