I. Call to order at 7:00 pm by President Pillsbury.
II. Pledge of Allegiance and Conservation Pledge.

IV. Minutes from December 2007. Motion to accept by Frase second by Moir
V. Financial Report Brad, as of November 30 – (Dec. Bank Statements not received)

VI. Shooting Report Not Much activity.
VII. Old Business
A. Phil Babe Paid $300 out of pocket for snow blower. 1 Year Founders Club Membership and $225 Cash
B. Dave Anderson: Lawn mower for Tawas $500-600 to fix. Motion to repair Moir 2nd Carefelly Motion carried.
C. Dale Bertch: Report on 4-H Shooting sports meeting. BB Gun will take place at Whittemore for first session. Muzzle Loader will start March 28th. Trap will start May 28th . County shoot will take place July 19th.
D. Dan Welton: Made presentation on Website and Membership Management software. Brad and Tina will check out the Membership software to see if it will work for our needs. Motion to purchase software if it is compatible with website Pillsbury 2nd Moir Motion carried. 1 Nay vote Brad.
IX. New Business
A. Lynn: Discussion on Comities. For Feb Board meeting directors are to bring back a list of comities that they would like to see formed. Also there was some discussion on a gate for Tawas to limit access. Also for future there was some discussion on updating the bylaws for the club. Perchville weekend will be Frozen Chosen shoot. Feb 9th see newsletter for more details. Asked for a volunteer to go to the Develop Iosco Summit. Keith Wojahn will represent the club and report back.
B. John McGrath: Would like to see newsletters on the website. He needs keys for a few more people. Also John mentioned that he would like people to save all brass a scrap prices are up and this money goes directly into the general fund.
C. Keith Moir: February Taxes are due for Tawas and Wurtsmith. Gill Waitkus Double Platinum Membership for Founders Club. New Members: Andrew Taber and Earl Smith. Motion to accept Carafelly 2nd Frase Members approved.
D. Motion to adjourn Carafelly 2nd Frase motion carried.
