V. Shooting Report Wurtsmith April $958.00 May $1006.00 CCW $980.00 Total $2044.00 Will catch up Tawas in July 1st Moir 2nd Smith Approved

VI. Old Business: Minutes May Meeting Reviewed 1st Jolly 2nd Moir Approved

A:300 Yard Range decision from May BOD Meeting Explained by Pillsbury and Moir as Safety issue and was made to drive membership.

B:Presentation to purchase tractor for Club by Wojahn Motion to purchase 1st Wojahn 2nd Marsh Motion Declined

VII. New Business:

A: Motion for Club to purchase Brush hog mower for members to use behind their own tractor to maintain Tawas and Wurtsmith grounds. 1st Babe 2nd Moir Discussion by Smith about priority of purchases. Vote show of hands yes 26 no 6 Approved

B: Change the priority of the well at Wurtsmith range to the top of the Capital Improvements list Motion to go ahead with paperwork and move to #1 on list. 1st Jolly 2nd Frase Approved

C: Tawas Clubhouse in need of a new roof Motion to spend up to $4000.00 1st Smith 2nd Babe Approved

D: Presentation by Dale Bertch to Lay in a handicap sidewalk for Tawas from parking lot to shooting shed. Talked about Treated Wood, Concrete, and Crushed asphalt. Concrete poured by us $1500.00 Contracted out Toska $3500.00 Straurer $3220.00 Motion to have Tawas Sand and Gravel put in a 5’ wide Sidewalk of crushed asphalt 1st McGrath 2nd Dixon Amended to spend $1430.00 Smith 2nd Wojahn Approved

E: Motion to spend $100.00 for the updates for our membership ties program for tracking memberships 1st Pillsbury 2nd Georgett Troy Approved

F: Election of Officers: Elected to new 3 Year terms Gueldenzopf, Majewski, Dixon, and Barb Thomas

G: Open Discussion 22 Sporter Rifle Matches 1 next weekend and July11 th Call Dixon if you want to have fun 362-2441 Moir Lions club would like to rent Tawas Clubhouse in September for fun shoot and dinner. $100.00 rental fee

H: Jan Cortwright made a presentation on putting a skeet field in at Wurtsmith. Discussed generators and the construction of the houses. Direction of field and how they will fit into the footprint of the Club grounds. Total Cost about $13,500.00-$14,000.00
